50% reservation
deposit required at time of booking.

Reservation will be
held for 7 days while check is in the mail. Once the deposit is
received, a contract will be sent to the renter. This will need to
be signed and returned in a timely manner to hold the reservation.

Additional 50% plus
8% state and local tax due 30 days prior to arrival. For any cancellations, $20 per week or per rental, whichever is the shorter, will be charged.

70% damage deposit
due at check in. Maximum damage deposit required is $1,000 and
minimum damage deposit required $600. This rental is made between the owner of the condominium whose name and address are on file at the inn and the undersigned guest. The Sand Castle Inn acts solely as the agent of the owner.

No personal checks at
check in. We do accept cashier’s checks. Additional 3% service
charge added to any credit card charges. American Express not
accepted. Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.

30 day written notice
of cancellation is required for any refunds.

No pets.

No smoking inside.

bedroom unit – 6 persons, 3 bedroom unit – 7 persons.

Check in: 4:00pm
Check out: 10:00am. For any check-ins after 7:00pm on the date of arrival, guest must pay, in advance, all amounts due including damage deposit. Payment must be made far enough in advance to allow checks to clear.

Weekly rentals are
Saturday to Saturday.

Damage deposits not
returned in South Haven. They will be returned within 15 days in the
same manner as received.

Sheets and towels are
provided. No daily maid service or meals included. Units are cleaned
for check in only. Units are to be left broom clean and picked up.

Off street parking
for 2 vehicles. Additional vehicles need to be parked on the street.

BBQ grill is on the
deck. Renter may need to provide own charcoal & starter.
